Warrior Trail ships non-ballistic training products domestically and internationally.

Sales of ballistic body armor plates manufactured by ShotStop are limited and restricted. They may be purchased by US Citizens only and can be shipped only to addresses within the USA.

However, Warrior Trail carefully adheres to all relevant US Export Control Laws and Regulations.  Our non-ballistic training body armor products have  gone through the Commodity Jurisdiction process with the requisite agencies of the US Government.  A Commodity Jurisdiction determination was made by the US Department of State that our non-ballistic training plates and inserts are not subject to the jurisdiction of the US Department of State. The US Department of Commerce advised that the items are not on the Commerce Control List (CCL) and are classified under Export Administration Regulation (EAR) 99, generally defined as low-technology consumer goods.

In summary, our non-ballistic products are not subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) as they are not included in the restricted US Munitions List.  The technical term for this is “EAR-99, No License Required.”

However, Warrior Trail carefully adheres to the US Department of State Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) and  will not ship to any of the 25 countries on the Country Policy and Embargoes list.

Additionally, Warrior Trail adheres to the US Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security restrictions by refusing to ship to embargoed countries, to end-users of concern, or to any activity, group, or individual suspected to be in support prohibited end-use.

Among other things, we also verify that all customers do not show up on the Denied Persons List published by the Bureau of Industry and Security.  We also reference the Consolidated Screening List and the US Department of Treasury Specially Designated Nationals List.
